Programs

Our prenatal program is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and supervised environment to encourage exercise during pregnancy.  Our goals are to help our members maintain their daily activities, and build strength and stamina for the physical demands of labor and delivery.  Our small group approach also helps to provide encouragement and support throughout your pregnancy journey.  

Bump Virtual Coaching

Our Bump Virtual Coaching program provides an at home personalized fitness experience. Included in your membership is a free virtual consultation where we discuss your specific pregnancy goals.  Your coach will then provide a weekly written workout plan and a short video demonstrating correct exercise technique.  Additional benefits include the ability to workout at your own convenience, and open communication with your coach.  Each workout is designed to be completed within about 30-45 minutes.

Bump Full Body

This is a small group strength/resistance training class that utilizes various exercise modalities, with increasing intensity, to build strength and stamina to prepare your body for labor/delivery and activities of motherhood.  Sessions are in studio.

Bump Yoga

This prenatal and postpartum yoga class is open to all members at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.  Each class will focus on proper breathing, relaxation, flexibility, strength, and endurance.  Options are available in studio or virtual.

The goal of our postpartum program is to restore the core and pelvic floor muscles, teach correct movement patterns for daily motherhood activities, and safely return to your favorite pre-pregnancy activities.  

Bump Postpartum Recovery

The is an online class designed to restore the core and pelvic floor muscles. This is the first step after delivery to help you safely return to pre-pregnancy activities. You will have on demand access to materials and videos to work at your own pace. Once you have completed the initial part of our postpartum recovery program, you will be able to enroll into postpartum group training and yoga classes to continue to strengthen your mind and body.

*There is a separate one-time fee for access to this program. You do not need the consent of your healthcare provider to participate and can start at any time post delivery.  You will have access to the online materials for 6 months from the date of purchase.*

Bump Full Body

This is a strength/resistance training group designed for members who are at least 6-8 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by their healthcare provider.  These sessions are designed to follow our online postpartum recovery program.  You will utilize various exercise modalities to build strength and stamina to take care of yourself and your baby.  We will focus on mind-body connection while gradually increasing the intensity of exercise.  Our goal is to equip your body to return to a regular exercise program and make exercise fun so you are inspired to continue your fitness journey.

Bump Yoga

This prenatal and postpartum yoga class is open to all members at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery.  Each class will focus on proper breathing, relaxation, flexibility, strength, and endurance.  Sessions are available in studio or virtual.  Members should be at least 6-8 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by their healthcare provider.

Bump Baby and Me Yoga

Baby and Me yoga is designed to encourage bonding between mom and baby, promote physical recovery after birth, meet other new moms, and have fun! This class uses yoga flows, songs, and infant massage to encourage baby’s development and help mom regain strength and flexibility. This class is intended for babies 6 weeks to pre-walkers.
